Originated from Guizhou Wuxin Engineering Materials Co.,Ltd., the subordinate of China Railway Group, Guizhou Wuxin Investment HoldingGroup Co., Ltd. has made a reform and has independently operated since 2006.Relying on the opportunity of west development and infrastructureconstructions, Wuxin Group which is mainly engaged in steel trade has been muchstronger after five-year’s development.The Group determines to make the steeltrade which is its dominant business more successful and at the same timedevelops other business including coal trade, mineral trade, cement trade, e-commerce, financial service, healthcare industry etc. through integrating resources in the industry chain. TheInvestment Holding Group established in 2011, and it has devoted to build anintegrative platform of “industry, finance and commerce” which fits itsdeveloping strategy since its establishment.

At the present, the Group governsseveral wholly-owned or partially-owned subsidiaries including Guizhou ZhongtieWuxin Engineering and materials Co. Ltd, Guizhou Zhongtie Xinyuan InvestmentManagement Co. Ltd., Guizhou Steel Easy E-commerce Inco., Guizhou AimoManagement Consulting Co. Ltd., Guizhou Wuxin Ruiyi Health Investment Inco.,Guizhou Xinshiji Tongda Logistics Co. Ltd. etc. The Group participated inGuiyang Commodity Exchange and became its second largest shareholder in year2012. The Group adopts divisional system as its management mode, the Groupsaims to build a diversified information integrated interconnection operateplatform to realize the primary development of the Group through the way ofinformation intensive. The administration center and financial center of theGroup are responsible for providing support and professional services to the otherdivisions of the Group to make each division efficiently operate.
