DPWN/DHL MBA Internship Program 2009
For the 8th year running, Deutsche Post World Net / DHL presents the MBA Internship Program for the 1st year MBA students. This program is provided to 1st year MBA students from Europe, the United States and Asia to spend three to six months (beginning from June) at the company working on projects. Under the supervision of a department head, they play an active part in both the operative business and demanding strategic projects.
Since its inception in 2002, outstanding students have been able to show off their abilities in nearly 240 challenging projects conducted as part of our MBA Internship Program. We place the students in an exciting environment where they can grow professionally and personally. In 2009, we are proud to offer the students:
§ Over 50 challenging and dynamic projects in the #1 Logistics Group globally
§ Internships are located in around 10 countries in Asia, Europe and Americas
§ Projects cover diverse fields of interest like developing strategies in the areas of Marketing, Strategy/Business Administration, HR and a lot more
§ Competitive benefits package incl. travel and housing reimbursement
§ High visibility/Interaction with senior management
§ Invitation to MBA Networking Event at the headquarters
§ Keep-in-Contact (KiC) system created as a retention tool and for networking purposes
How can the students apply for this program?
1) Application starts on 7th January 2009.
2) Go to www.dpwn.com/career and click on the link for the MBA Program
3) Enter the access ID: mbadpwn09
4) View all available projects. Upon applying, students will be asked to register their profiles in the system. Only those who have registered will be able to apply and submit their application.
5) Students will be asked to upload a motivational letter and CV (only one)
6) Choose the top 3 projects and submit the application.
7) Application ends on 6th February 2009.
