演讲嘉宾简介：
Jeff has functional responsibility to lead productivity initiatives in GE Aviation China Engineering team by working with teams, help developing vision and strategy by effective utilization of Lean Six Sigma in project executions and drive 6 Sigma initiatives by conducting GB training, mentoring and tracking 6-sigma projects.
Prior to GE, Jeff used to work for Shanghai General Motor Ltd 6 years as configuration control engineer and Shanghai Aircraft Manufacture Co. 2 years as manufacture engineer.
